This is a video of me self administering my own PIO shot. I initially chose to give them to myself because my husband was going to be working out of state for the next several months and would be unable to assist me. That was about three weeks ago and well he has not left yet:) The good news is I have mastered the PIO shot and am no longer a nervous Nelly. My very first attempt was very nerve wracking and if your looking for help with this PLEASE just watch the first video. But if you just want a quick laugh then by all means have at it and watch the second.
I feel like a pro now...Just for the record I was scared to death the very first time I did this...see below. For me the fear was the anticipation of pain and the possibility of doing something wrong. It took until my fourth injection to feel comfortable. If your just starting out and have any questions feel free to ask. I'll try to help if I can!
Three weeks + of experience now...woot woot!
